Located in the western highlands, Haraz is often called the “Fortress of Yemen.” Its coffee is grown on high-altitude terraces (up to 2400 masl) carved into the mountainsides. The cool climate and traditional sun-drying process create a bean known for its classic Mocha flavor: rich chocolate notes balanced with dried fruit sweetness (raisins and dates) and a winey acidity.
